Ethiopia made illustrated books 1,600 years ago. Our journals carry that tradition: thread or Coptic stitching, leather covers and pages that invite writing. A Felek journal is a gift used every day, for years.

Every piece is made by hand, in Addis Ababa.
Our craftspeople cut, stitch, paint the edges and bind each piece in our own workshop. Local materials, local skill, and the time it takes to do it right.
